Healthy Baked Chia & Flax Chips

2 small whole wheat tortillas (or your favorite gluten free tortilla)

2 egg whites

¼ c chia seeds

¼ c flax seeds

¼ c sesame seeds

1 tspn chile powder

1 tspn salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk egg whites, chile powder, and salt. Brush tortillas with egg mixture. In a separate bowl, combine chia, flax, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle seed mixture over tortillas. Bake tortillas for approx. 5 minutes or until brown on the edges and crisp in the center. Serve plain or with your favorite hummus or salsa!
